Artificial Intelligence is going to disruptively revolutionize education systems. The change has already begun. Just like Netflix or Spotify, they analyze our preferences, our tastes, to recommend content and playlists. Couldn’t there be a learning system that would help us in the selection of what and how we want to study? What about a learning system based on other people’s experience?

Real success stories
The challenge was to help our client transfer all the corpus of academic knowledge associated with Machine Learning techniques in the field of training to a commercial environment, in a specific sector: industrial. It would therefore involve analyzing different frameworks, APIs, standards… carrying out proof of concept based on meetings with potential clients…
The challenge was not only to make an intelligent system, but a cost-effective system that took into account the reality of the Learning & Development departments and their relationships and synergies within other business units: “Very nice, but this is how I integrate it”; “Training is watertight, it is not related to HR“; “We use Moodle with SCORM”
Following an agile methodology and through the services of Team Augmentation and PMO, from our Innovation Delivery unit we have worked side by side with our client to offer a solution that can define user profiles based on student data (content consumed, usage times, preferences…). This allows, based on different Machine Learning techniques, to offer highly personalized training content, increasing engaging and reducing the dropout rate. The system also takes into account parameters that can be modified by the training manager.
Our goal is to make ideas come true. Therefore, we do not only contribute our knowledge for the design and development of PoC. We have an indispensable commitment to transfer innovation efforts to the commercial environment and we always try to ensure that our projects grow in first clients. At INGUBU we are very proud to have contributed iteratively to the design and validation of an intelligent personalized learning environment based on Machine Learning and Virtual Reality techniques.
