Technological scope

The challenge was not only to make an intelligent system, but a cost-effective system that took into account the reality of the Learning & Development departments and their relationships and synergies within other business units: “Very nice, but this is how I integrate it”; “Training is watertight, it is not related to HR“; “We use Moodle with SCORM”

Following an agile methodology and through the services of Team Augmentation and PMO, from our Innovation Delivery unit we have worked side by side with our client to offer a solution that can define user profiles based on student data (content consumed, usage times, preferences…). This allows, based on different Machine Learning techniques, to offer highly personalized training content, increasing engaging and reducing the dropout rate. The system also takes into account parameters that can be modified by the training manager.

Our goal is to make ideas come true. Therefore, we do not only contribute our knowledge for the design and development of PoC. We have an indispensable commitment to transfer innovation efforts to the commercial environment and we always try to ensure that our projects grow in first clients.
